IMPA 370115 — Handheld Marine Radio DX544-IS, VHF, Intrinsically Safe

Description

Intrinsically safe handheld marine VHF radio (reference model DX544-IS, Entel) for portable use in hazardous locations on board. It carries USTC-scheme certification to UL913 by SGS, is sealed to IP68 so it survives submersion at 2 m for 4 hours, and is built to MIL STD 810C/D/E to withstand shock, vibration, dust and salt-water corrosion. Most functions work from a single key press, and compandor noise reduction keeps the audio loud and clear.
